You need Night-Eagle's Joystick module OR IT WON'T WORK. (Which can be found here: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=55761)
After that open the config menu and you should see a tab marked SBMP Fighter Module or something along those lines.
Fill 'em in.
